面临“95后”大学生追求独立、个性鲜明,服务意识普遍淡化的现象及学校培养过程中存在的问题,为了使良好的服务意识渗透到每个人,体现于课内、课外,校内、校外,必然要寻求更加有效、更有针对性的新型培养方法。因此,结合所在旅游学院学生特点,提出三大培养途径,以期增强学生的爱校情怀和社会责任感,提升在校大学生的服务意识和服务能力。
