运用气相色谱法测定北方寒冷地区生物固氮菌的活性.初步探明了玉米、大豆、水稻等不同作物,不同固氮类型的主要固氮时期及影响固氮的主要气象因子.阐明了农作物固氮的主要部位.分析结果表明:不同农作物固氮菌活性高峰期不同;北方寒冷地区固氮菌活性低于南方,主要是温度低所致,湿度在北方影响不大;根基和根系固氮菌活性高于根系土和行间土.
The activities of biological nitrogen-fixing bacteria in cold northern areas were determined by gas chromatography, and the main nitrogen fixation periods and the main meteorological factors influencing nitrogen fixation of different crops such as corn, soybean and rice, nitrogen fixation of different nitrogen fixation types were tentatively identified. The results showed that: the activities of azotobacter in different crops were different from each other; the activities of azotobacter in cold regions of northern China were lower than those in the south, mainly due to the low temperature; the humidity had little effect in the north; earth.
