建立以普通教育教师为核心、多专业合作的支持团队是保障融合教育质量的关键举措。作为支持团队中不可或缺的成员,辅职教师起着维系专业团队与被服务儿童的纽带作用。回顾美国辅职教师职业发展可见,辅职教师与融合教育进程相伴相生,相关立法进一步巩固了辅职教师的地位。建议我国加强融合教育制度顶层设计,促使辅职教师职业化,推动我国融合教育的发展。
