焦作煤矿有七十多年的开采历史,现有十一对生产矿井,设计能力年产四百四十万吨。矿区的特点是:1、矿井分散,战线长,井型小;2、顶板破碎,瓦斯大;3、井下水大灾害多。针对以上特点,我局于1953年和1956年,先后建立了专职矿山救护队和辅助救护队。目前,专职救护队有队员六十名,分为六个小队,担负着全局的抢救工作,辅助救护队除焦东矿(离局救护队很近)外,其余十个矿都建立了。共有辅助救护队员一百零三人,负责各矿的抢救工作。二十多年来,我们深深体会到:辅助救护队在扑灭矿井灾害中,能和专职救护队紧密配
Jiaozuo mine has more than 70 years of mining history, the existing 11 pairs of production mines, design capacity with an annual output of 4.40 million tons. Mine is characterized by: 1, the mine scattered, long front, well-type small; 2, the roof broken, large gas; 3, underground water disaster and more. In response to the above characteristics, our bureau in 1953 and 1956, has established a full-time mine rescue team and auxiliary rescue team. At present, the full-time ambulance team has 60 members and is divided into six teams, which are responsible for the overall rescue work and assist the ambulance teams to set up the remaining 10 mines in addition to the Jiao Dong Mine (which is close to the ambulance team). A total of 103 auxiliary ambulance workers, responsible for the rescue work of the mine. For more than two decades, we have come to realize that the aid ambulance team can work closely with the full-time ambulance team in fighting mine disasters
