用高效液相色谱(HPLC)分别测定不同季节古侧柏和古桧柏树叶片槲皮苷的含量,根据测得数据分析古柏树叶片槲皮苷含量的季节变化与树木生长势强弱的关系。结果表明:古柏树叶片槲皮苷含量的季节变化与树木生长势的强弱存在相关性,其中生长势强的树木叶片槲皮苷含量秋季高于冬季,生长势弱的树木叶片槲皮苷含量秋冬两季差值较小,甚至冬季高于秋季。
The contents of quercitrin in different oriental arborvitae and ancient juniper cypress leaves were measured by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The relationship between the seasonal change of quercitrin content and the strength of tree growth potential was analyzed based on the measured data. The results showed that there was a correlation between the seasonal changes of quercitrin content and the growth potential of the tree. The quercitrin content in the leaves of the trees with higher growth potential was higher in autumn than in winter, and the quercitrin content in leaves with weak growth potential The difference between autumn and winter is small, even in winter than in autumn.
