“把立德树人作为教育的根本任务,培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人”。这是从全局和战略的高度对教育工作提出的明确要求。课堂是学校教育的主渠道,是学生道德认知、道德情感培养的主要途径,数学教学也不例外。因此,教师必须在教学中渗透好德育。那么数学教学应如何渗透德育呢?一、以高尚的师德育人教师是学生健康成长的指导者和引路人,教师的一言一行会对学生产生重要而持久的影响,只有为人师表才能立德树人,教师身教的效果优于言教。
