本文借助已建立的传热计算仿真模型,对连铸机的现行工艺进行了模拟计算分析,考察了影响连铸机最佳拉速的限制性环节,在此基础上,对不同拉速和过热度进行了传热模拟计算,找到了连铸机工况最佳拉速与中间包钢水过热度的关系;以凝固传热的冶金准则为约束条件,设定铸坯表面目标温度,采用单值搜索法,找到了连铸机二冷区的合理给水量,建立了二冷配水优化模型
