研究了舒必利在硅溶胶/纳米金/联吡啶钌修饰的金电极上的电化学发光行为,建立了电化学发光法检测舒必利的新方法。在最佳实验条件下,舒必利浓度在1.0×10-6~1.0×10-4mol/L范围内与发光强度呈良好的线性关系(r2=0.9954),检出限(S/N=3)为3.4×10-9mol/L。连续平行测定1.0×10-5mol/L的舒必利溶液8次,发光强度的相对标准偏差(RSDs)为1.5%。该电极用于样品测定,回收率为97.6%~102.1%。结果表明,纳米金表现出较好的电分析活性,对联吡啶钌具有较好的电催化作用,并可应用于舒必利药物的测定。
The electrochemical chemiluminescence of sulpiride on the gold electrode modified with silica sol / nano-gold / bipyridyl ruthenium was studied and a new method for the electrochemical detection of sulpiride was established. Under the optimum conditions, the concentration of sulpiride showed a good linear relationship with the luminescence intensity (r2 = 0.9954) in the range of 1.0 × 10-6 ~ 1.0 × 10-4 mol / L with the detection limit (S / N = 3) of 3.4 × 10-9mol / L. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of the luminescence intensity were 1.5% for the continuous parallel determination of sulpiride solution 1.0 × 10-5mol / L 8 times. The electrode was used for the determination of the sample, the recovery rate was 97.6% ~ 102.1%. The results showed that gold nanoparticles showed good electrocatalytic activity and good electrocatalytic activity for bipyridyl ruthenium, which could be applied to the determination of sulpiride.
