我们测定了84例新生儿窒息的血过氧化脂质(LPO)水平,并对其采用复方丹参治疗。现将结果报告如下。 资料与方法:新生儿窒息组84例,按生后1分钟Apgar评分,分为轻度窒息(A组)44例,重度窒息(B组)4O例。A组采用复方丹参治疗23例(A_1组),未用21例(A_2组);B组采用复方丹参治疗21例(B_1组),未用19例(B_2组)。另选30例正常足月新生儿做对照,其出生体重为2500~4000g。 各组均空腹抽静脉血2ml。窒息组分别于生后24小时内和停药当天或第二天晨采血;对照组于生后24小时内采血。用硫代巴比妥(TBA)化学比色法侧定LPO。在常规处理窒息的基础上,A_1和B_1组采用复方丹参注射液2ml稀释后静脉滴注,每天1~2次,A_1组用10天,B_1组用14天。
We measured 84 cases of neonatal asphyxia blood lipid peroxide (LPO) levels, and its use of compound Salvia treatment. The results reported below. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Eighty-four neonates with asphyxia group were divided into mild asphyxia (group A) 44 cases and severe asphyxia (group B) 40 cases according to 1 minute Apgar score. In group A, 23 cases were treated with compound Salvia miltiorrhiza (group A_1), 21 cases were not used (group A_2). Group B was treated with compound salvia miltiorrhiza (group B_1) and group B_2 (group B_2). Another 30 cases of normal term newborns as a control, the birth weight of 2500 ~ 4000g. All groups were fasting venous blood 2ml. Asphyxia group were collected within 24 hours after birth and on the day of withdrawal or the next morning morning blood; control group within 24 hours after birth blood. Lateralization of LPO with thiobarbitol (TBA) chemical colorimetry. On the basis of conventional treatment of asphyxia, A_1 and B_1 groups were treated with 2ml of Danshen injection diluted 1 ~ 2 times a day for 10 days in A_1 group and 14 days in B_1 group.
