In external trade, the business contract is the symbol of achievement of the partnership for both sides. English is always used as the common language in business contract. Because of the huge divergence of the cultures, the comprehension of the contract style may cause misunderstanding between the two sides. In this article, through analyzing the character of the English style, we do research of how will the Chinese use the English style in business contract properly in the external trade
