股市泡沫对一国社会经济会造成巨大的危害。形成股市泡沫的原因是多方面的 ,其中最主要的原因之一就是信息的不对称性。信息不对称引发了股市不稳定投机 ,导致了道德风险及逆向选择的产生。要缓解中国股市信息不对称问题需从以下三方面入手 :一是依法认真保护股东的利益 ,建立更为强制性的信息披露制度 ,加强对上市公司信息披露的监管 ;二是加强对证券投资机构、市场评论等机构和人员对信息加工处理与公布的质量要求 ;三是抑制投资者在股市的频繁操作 ,降低市场投机程度。
The stock market bubble will cause great harm to the social economy of a country. There are many reasons for the formation of a stock market bubble. One of the major reasons for this is the asymmetry of information. Asymmetric information triggered instability in the stock market, leading to moral hazard and adverse selection. To ease the information asymmetry in China’s stock market needs to start with the following three aspects: First, according to the law to protect the interests of shareholders, the establishment of a more mandatory system of information disclosure, and strengthen the supervision of listed companies information disclosure; the second is to strengthen the securities investment institutions , Market reviews and other agencies and personnel on the quality of information processing and publishing requirements; the third is to curb the frequent investors in the stock market operations, reduce market speculation.
