《食品安全法》已于2009年6月1日起实施,法律更加强调了食品企业是食品安全第一责任人的法律责任。纵观现在的一些食品安全事故,许多都是与食品企业的自律和诚信不够有关的,企业负责人卫生安全知识不足、法律责任意识淡漠是一个重要原因。如何进一步强化企业负责人的法律意识,增强其食品安全的社会责任感是贯彻实施好《食品安全法》的重要环节。
The Food Safety Law came into force on June 1, 2009, and the law more emphasizes that food companies are the legal responsibility of the first responsible person for food safety. Throughout some of the current food safety incidents, many of them are not enough with the food business self-discipline and integrity, lack of knowledge of health and safety of business executives, indifferent legal responsibility is an important reason. How to further strengthen the legal consciousness of the person in charge of the enterprise and enhance the sense of social responsibility of food safety is an important step in the implementation of the “Food Safety Law.”
