在建筑行业,工程造价和工程质量一直是相互制约而又相辅相成的因素,因而是否能够正确处理好建筑造价管理与工程质量的关系就成为了建筑工程的重点。如何在建筑过程中既保证工程项目造价在合理范围内,又确保工程质量符合要求就引起了思考。建筑工程的质量标准能够制约工程造价,平衡建筑市场,约束建筑行业的恶意扩张和炒作。
In the construction industry, the cost of construction and the quality of construction have always been the factors of mutual restraint and complementarity. Therefore, it is the focus of construction that whether the construction cost management and the construction quality can be correctly handled. How to ensure that the cost of the project is within a reasonable range in the construction process and that the quality of the project meets the requirements is aroused. The quality standards of construction projects can constrain the construction cost, balance the construction market, and restrict the malicious expansion and hype in the construction industry.
