随着4G无线数据流量增长和LTE牌照的发放,传统的MSTP网络由于业务承载扩展性差、不支持流量统计复用、承载效率低等特点,已无法有效地承栽LTE大突发流量及基站间多点到多点业务。IPRAN网络具有承载效率高、支持点到多点间通信、扩展性好等优点,可纳入城域网网管统一管理,适合作为4G及LTE基站的回传网络,因此,IPRAN网络部署迫在眉睫。对IPRAN进行简单的概述,着重分析了IPRAN汇聚层网络的规划思路及部署方案。
