发动机使用柔性转子优点很多, 但通过临界转速时, 挠度很大, 可能引起较大振动或造成损伤。本文目的是研究单盘双支点柔性转子利用特殊的非线性弹性支点以限制挠度问题, 文中首先研究了不计轮盘离心力矩时, 具有特殊弹性支点的单盘转子的挠度特性以及支点参数选择对挠度特性的影响等; 继而研究了计及轮盘离心力矩时转子的挠度特性。比较了计及和不计轮盘离心力矩时转子特性的差别, 提出了在有轮盘离心力矩影响时选取支点参数的方法。进行了试验研究, 研究挠度特性线和支点重要参数对挠度特性线的影响, 用以检验理论。
The advantages of using a flexible rotor for the engine are many, but when the critical speed is passed, the deflection is so great that it can cause large vibrations or damage. The purpose of this paper is to study the single disk double-fulcrum flexible rotor using a special nonlinear elastic fulcrum to limit the deflection problem. In this paper, firstly, the deflection characteristics of a single disk rotor with special elastic fulcrum and the choice of the fulcrum parameter Then, the deflection characteristics of the rotor when the disc torque is taken into account are studied. The differences of the rotor characteristics with and without the centrifugal moment of the roulette wheel are compared, and the method of selecting the fulcrum parameter when the centrifugal moment of the roulette wheel is affected is proposed. The experimental study was carried out to study the influence of the deflection characteristic line and the important parameters of the fulcrum on the deflection characteristic line to test the theory.
