目的:采用酸枣仁皂苷A、B双指标考察D-101大孔树脂纯化酸枣仁皂苷工艺。方法:用HPLC-ELSD测定酸枣仁皂苷A、B含量,并以此为指标,优化D-101大孔树脂纯化酸枣仁皂苷的工艺参数。结果:最佳纯化工艺确定为:吸附流速8 BV/h,洗脱流速4 BV/h,蒸馏水冲洗3 BV,70%乙醇洗脱3 BV。两种酸枣仁皂苷洗脱率均达到90%以上,精制率均达到65%以上;产品中酸枣仁皂苷A、B含量之和为7.3%。结论:D-101大孔树脂纯化酸枣仁皂苷工艺操作简便,效果显著,工业化应用前景广阔。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the technology of purifying jujuboside by D-101 macroporous resin with jujuboside A and B double indexes. Methods: Jujuboside A and B contents were determined by HPLC-ELSD. Based on this, the optimal parameters of Jujuboside D-101 macroporous resin were determined. Results: The optimal purification process was as follows: adsorption flow rate 8 BV / h, elution flow rate 4 BV / h, distilled water 3 BV, 70% ethanol 3 BV. The elution rates of two kinds of Jujuboside reached more than 90%, the refining rate reached more than 65%; the content of Jujuboside A and B in the product was 7.3%. Conclusion: D-101 macroporous resin purified Jujuboside has the advantages of simple and convenient operation, remarkable effect and broad prospect of industrialization.
