我国铁矿资源储量丰富,但总体都是贫铁矿。受选矿技术和工程管理模式制约,资源利用水平低,钢铁工业严重受制于人。鞍钢在工程哲学理念引领下,创建“五品联动”工程管理模式,攻克了贫铁矿利用的世界性难题,使国内数百亿吨资源得以开发利用,并实施“自给为主”的资源战略,增加自产矿比例,抑制进口矿价格,为构建国家资源战略保障体系提供了支撑。
