为了提升煤与瓦斯突出矿井防突水平和抗灾能力,以事故预警理论为指导,从瓦斯灾害防治实验室和预警平台2方面为示范矿井建设了煤与瓦斯综合预警系统。通过预警系统建设,形成了适合矿井实际特征的煤与瓦斯突出综合预警指标体系和规则库模型,从煤层及瓦斯赋存特征分析、采掘空间安全情况分析、钻孔施工效果分析、日常预测指标发展趋势、瓦斯涌出特征实时跟踪、超掘(采)动态监控等方面实现了煤与瓦斯突出灾害的在线监测、超前预警和过程化控制。现场应用表明,预警系统具有较高准确性,能捕捉分析矿井瓦斯突出灾害的潜在隐患和预兆,能为矿井防突提供决策依据和技术保障,并促进矿井的精细化、规范化管理和信息化交流。
In order to improve the level of coal mine and gas outburst prevention and control and to resist natural disasters, Guided by the accident early warning theory, an integrated early warning system for coal and gas was constructed for the demonstration mine from the aspects of gas disaster prevention laboratory and early warning platform. From the analysis of the coal seam and gas occurrence characteristics, the analysis of the safety of extractive space, the analysis of drilling effect and the development of daily forecast indexes Trends, gas emission characteristics of real-time tracking, overtaking (mining) dynamic monitoring and other aspects of coal and gas outburst disaster online monitoring, advance warning and process control. The field application shows that the early-warning system has high accuracy and can capture and analyze potential hazards and signs of gas outburst in mine and can provide decision-making basis and technical support for mine outburst prevention and promote mine refinement, standardization management and information exchange .
