目的 :探讨S10 0A4蛋白表达水平与胃癌侵袭转移的关系。方法 :应用免疫组织化学方法检测 6 2例胃癌患者的胃癌组织和 38例癌旁正常粘膜、2 3例淋巴结转移癌及胃癌细胞系MKN45、BGC82 3中S10 0A4蛋白表达 ,Boyden小室法检测胃癌细胞侵袭能力。结果 :胃癌组织S10 0A4表达阳性率 (70 .96 % )显著高于癌旁正常粘膜 (15 .79% ) (P<0 .0 1)。在弥漫生长、低分化及未分化型、浸透浆膜、淋巴结转移阳性及淋巴结多数转移 (>5个 )的胃癌中 ,S10 0A4表达阳性率增高更明显 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 ) ,淋巴结转移癌中S10 0A4表达阳性率 (10 0 % )显著高于相应原发灶(73.91% ) (P <0 .0 5 ) ,MKN45细胞侵袭力显著高于BGC82 3细胞 ,其S10 0A4表达水平亦显著高于BGC82 3细胞 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :胃癌组织、细胞中S10 0A4表达增强与胃癌侵袭转移有关。
Objective: To explore the relationship between the expression of S10 0A4 protein and the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer. METHODS: Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of S10 0A4 protein in gastric cancer tissues and 38 para-carcinoma normal mucosas, 23 lymph node metastases and gastric cancer cell lines MKN45 and BGC82 3 in 62 gastric cancer patients. The gastric cancer cells were detected by Boyden chamber method. Invasion ability. Results: The positive expression rate of S10 0A4 in gastric cancer tissues (70.96 %) was significantly higher than that in paratumor normal mucosa (15.79%) (P < 0.01). In gastric cancers with diffuse growth, poorly differentiated and undifferentiated, osmotic serosa, lymph node metastasis, and lymph node metastasis (>5), the positive rate of S10 0A4 expression was significantly higher (P <0.01 or P <0). The positive rate of S10 0A4 expression in lymph node metastases (100%) was significantly higher than that of the corresponding primary tumor (73.91%) (P < 0.05). The invasiveness of MKN45 cells was significantly higher than that of BGC82 3 cells. The S10 0A4 expression level was also significantly higher than that of BGC82 3 cells (P < 0.01). Conclusion: The expression of S10 0A4 in gastric cancer tissues and cells is related to the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer.
