在很多学校,教师们似乎与劳动绝了缘。凡有什么活,或者出钱请人做,或者课余让学生干,有的甚至于连办公室的扫地抹窗也包给学生,教师们则指手划脚做“监工”,给学生造成了不良影响。其实,在学校里,有很多的活是可以组织教师自己做的,诸如栽树种花、清沟排水,整理校园等等。教师在教学之余自己动手,身体力行,既能调剂大脑的紧张劳动,又能帮助学校节省开支,还能在劳动中增强团结协作的精神,既能加强自己的劳动观念,又能促进学生劳动观念和劳动习惯的形成,实在是一举而多得。
In many schools, teachers seem to be tied to work.
