本文根据人们对麻风病的认识程度和麻风村在不同时期的功能．分三个阶段回顾了山东省麻风村的历史发展过程，这三个阶段是：萌芽时期，发展壮大时期，萎缩时期。文章认为．当前麻风院（村）继续存在既有优点．又有缺点．但是，在目前情况下，麻风村仍有继续存在的必要。
This article is based on people’s understanding of leprosy and the function of Lefeng village in different periods. The historical development process of Lefeng Village in Shandong Province was reviewed in three stages. The three stages were: the bud stage, the period of development and growth, and the period of shrinkage. The article thinks. The current leprosy (village) continues to have its own advantages. There are disadvantages. However, in the current situation, there is still a need for Lefeng Village to continue to exist.
