职业学校专业课教学要充分尊重中职生的个体差异,满足不同学生的学习需要,使每个学生都能得到充分发展。在新课程标准日益推进的课改背景下,笔者结合所任教的“收银员中级”和“财会基础知识”专业课程,借鉴反转课堂教学模式、大循环教学模式等研究成果,对商经专业课程中分层+学习共同体教学进行了探究。
Professional teaching in vocational schools should fully respect the individual differences of secondary vocational students to meet the learning needs of different students, so that each student can be fully developed. Under the background of the curriculum reform that the new curriculum standard advances day by day, the author combines the professional teaching such as Mid-level Cashier and Intermediate Knowledge of Accounting, and draws lessons from the researches such as reversing classroom teaching mode and large circulation teaching mode, On the business class by stratified + Learning Community Teaching explored.
