为了探索图像分析法用于鉴别尖锐湿疣与假性湿疣的可能性,用图像分析仪测定尖锐湿疣与假性湿疣空泡细胞核和基底细胞梭的形态特征。240例疣状病变经HPVDNA原位分子杂交检测,其中146例阳性,阳性率61%。选尖锐湿疣和假性湿疣各20例的HE染色切片.用图像分析仪测定上皮浅层的空泡细胞核和基底细胞核的7项形态参数.经统计学分析,证实两组间存在显著差异.并得出了尖锐湿疣诊断性凹空细胞的定量范围.即平均核截面积>30μm2,平均核截面周长>21μm,核圆球度<0.71。上述结果提示.图像分析可为尖锐湿疣与假性湿疣的鉴别提供新的手段。
In order to explore the possibility of image analysis for the identification of condyloma acuminatum and condylomata acuminatum, the morphological characteristics of the vacuole nucleus and basal cell shuttle in condylomata acuminata and pseudo-condylomata were determined by image analysis. 240 cases of verrucous lesions by HPVDNA in situ hybridization detection, of which 146 cases were positive, the positive rate of 61%. Selected 20 cases of genital warts and pseudohypogonectin HE staining sections. Seven morphological parameters of vacuolar nucleus and basal cell nucleus in the superficial epithelium were determined by image analyzer. The statistical analysis confirmed that there were significant differences between the two groups. And conclude the quantitative range of concavity of condyloma acuminatum. That is, the average cross-sectional area of> 30μm2, the average nuclear cross-section circumference> 21μm, the nuclear sphericity <0.71. The above results suggest. Image analysis can provide a new means for the identification of condylomata acuminata and condyloma acuminatum.
