随着制糖工业的发展,原料甜菜产量逐年增多,甜菜保藏期也随之延长。同时降低保管损失,也是提高经济效益的一种有效措施。我省糖厂一直采用草帘子等材料苫盖保藏甜菜,而有文献介绍日本试用穹棚法保藏原料甜菜。为了探讨这一保藏方法,减少损失,提高经济效益,我们于83/84生产期,进行了编织苫布穹棚法保藏原料甜菜的试验。现将试验结果汇总如下,以供商讨。
With the development of the sugar industry, the production of beet raw materials increased year by year, the beet shelf life also will be extended. At the same time to reduce custodial losses, but also to improve economic efficiency as an effective measure. Sugar factories in our province have been using straw curtains and other materials to cover the preservation of sugar beet, while the literature introduces Japan’s trial dome method to preserve raw beets. In order to explore this deposit method, reduce losses and increase economic efficiency, we conducted a test of preserving the beet of raw materials during the 83/84 production period. The test results are summarized below, for discussion.
