采用聚碳酸酯二醇(PCDL),2,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯与4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯混合物(MI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA),三乙胺(TEA)为主要原料,并分别以三羟甲基丙烷(TMP),甘油(GLY)、二乙二醇(DEG)及1,4丁二醇(BDO)为封端剂合成了一系列水性聚氨酯乳液。讨论了物料种类,配比及工艺条件等因素对乳液和胶膜性能的影响。当n(-NCO)/n(-OH)比值为1.6,DMPA含量为6%,中和度100%,以TMP为封端剂,乳液和胶膜的综合性能都达到最佳。
Polycarbonate diol (PCDL), 2,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate mixture (MI), dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA), triethylamine TEA) as the main raw material, and a series of water-borne polyurethanes were synthesized with trimethylolpropane (TMP), glycerol (GLY), diethylene glycol (DEG) and 1,4-butanediol (BDO) Emulsion. The effects of material type, ratio and process conditions on the properties of latex and film were discussed. When the ratio of n (-NCO) / n (-OH) is 1.6, the content of DMPA is 6% and the degree of neutralization is 100%, the best properties of emulsion and film are obtained with TMP as the capping agent.
