How can we make teachers’ educational life full of meaning and vitality? I think we should follow the trend and do some specific work. Do not blindly compare, but enrich education experience. In July 1991, I graduated from Physics Department of Zhangye Teachers College (later renamed Hexi College) and was assigned to teach in a rural middle school for 25 years. I engaged in primary and secondary education and teaching and teaching management, experienced all aspects of the process of teacher work and teaching in all aspects of the process, from the hard years of struggle to Harvest of Spring Harvest season, witnessed from the examination-oriented education to Quality education, from curriculum reform to “Internet + Education ”
