Managers take responsibility. The manager is the person responsible for a particular task. He must know how to successfully accomplish this task and evaluate the effectiveness of his organization. In addition, because the manager wants to work through subordinates, he or she is responsible for the behavior of subordinates. Success or failure of subordinates is the success or failure of the manager. Managers must balance the goals of competition. At any given time, managers face numerous organizational goals, problems, and needs. These often conflict with established time and resources (human and material resources). Because resources like these are always limited. Therefore, each manager must balance various goals and needs. For example, many managers had prior arrangements to do what they had to do every day.
