本文报道144例血液病患者和20名正常人骨髓活检切片内网硬蛋白染色之观察结果。发观急性白血病和骨髓异常增生综合征时网硬蛋白纤维量较正常明显增加。化疗诱导急非淋缓解后,网硬蛋白即可全部或部分消退。
This article reports 144 cases of hematological diseases and 20 normal bone marrow biopsy sections of intramuscular protein staining observed. Hair rheumatism acute myeloid leukemia and myelodysplastic syndrome network increased significantly compared with the normal amount of fiber. Chemotherapy induced acute Fei remission, reticulum protein can be fully or partially subsided.
