目的建立用毛细管气相色谱对饮用水中苯系物进行测定的方法。方法以二硫化碳为萃取溶剂萃取苯系物,用DM-FFAP 30m×0.53mm×0.53μm毛细管柱分离,保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果对5种苯系物进行测定,相对标准偏差(RSD)为5.3%~10.2%,平均回收率89.9%~108.1%,最低检测限为0.005mg/L。结论该方法操作简便、重现性好、灵敏度高,适用于饮用水中苯系物的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of benzene series in drinking water by capillary gas chromatography. Methods Benzene series were extracted with carbon disulfide as extraction solvent and separated by DM-FFAP 30 × 0.53 × 0.53 μm capillary column. The retention time was qualitative and the external standard method was used for quantification. Results The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 5.3% ~ 10.2% with the average recoveries of 89.9% ~ 108.1%. The lowest detection limit was 0.005mg / L. Conclusion The method is simple, reproducible and sensitive. It is suitable for the determination of benzene series in drinking water.
