腮腺纤维瘤较为少见,而腮腺深部纤维瘤向口底发展的更为罕见。现将我院医治的1例报告如下。患者女性,37岁,农民。因颏下包块伴发音障碍2月于1988年3月28日入院。查体:双颌下及颏部有一肿块,范围约4×4cm~2并向口底延伸,表面皮肤光滑,无破溃。局部皮温增高,质中等,轻压痛,不活动,穿刺(-)。张口度2.5cm,双侧腮腺导管口无红肿、溢脓,挤压腮腺见有清亮液体溢出,舌体被推向后上方,有轻度语言障碍。临床诊断:颏部皮样囊肿并感染。感染控制后给予手术治疗。经口腔插管受包块阻碍失败而行气管切开,控制呼吸在静脉复合麻醉下行囊肿摘除术。术中见包块位于下颌骨与甲状软骨之 Parotid fibroids are rare, and deep parotid fibroids develop more toward the floor of the mouth. A case of treatment in our hospital is reported below. Female patient, 37 years old, farmer. He was admitted to the hospital on March 28, 1988 due to his vocal disturbance with his palatal mass. Physical Examination: There was a mass under the two jaws and at the ankle. The range was about 4×4cm~2 and extended toward the bottom of the mouth. The surface of the skin was smooth and there was no ulceration. Local skin temperature increased, medium quality, light tenderness, inactivity, puncture (-). 2.5cm mouth opening, bilateral salivary ducts without redness, overflowing pus, squeezed parotid see clear liquid overflow, the tongue was pushed back to the top, with mild language disorders. Clinical diagnosis: Dermoid cyst and infection. Surgical treatment is given after infection control. Oral intubation was blocked by mass obstruction and tracheotomy was performed.
