企业产品和服务质量是企业的生命。企业在转换经营机制后,如何抓好产品质量文化建设,这是企业面临的一个重要问题。笔者认为,建设企业质量文化,应着重抓好以下几方面的工作。
Enterprise product and service quality is the life of an enterprise. After converting the operating mechanism, how to grasp the construction of product quality culture is an important issue facing the enterprise. The author believes that the construction of enterprise quality culture, should focus on the following aspects of the work.
