目的总结探讨主动脉夹层（AD）全弓置换术后的护理方法。方法回顾性分析18例Stanford A型AD患者全弓置换术的临床资料和术后护理。结果 16例患者术后经过精心的治疗和护理痊愈出院。结论术后良好的护理质量,尤其是对术后并发症的精心护理,直接关系到手术的成败。
