目的探讨白细胞介素2(IL2)在铁粉诱发早期眼内炎性反应中的作用。方法将新西兰雄性白兔12只,随机均分为对照组、晶状体内铁粉异物组、晶状体内铁性异物+前房注射水溶性细胞白介素2受体(SIL2R)组,每组8只眼。分别于手术后3、5、7、10d,对各组兔眼的前房炎性反应进行观察,测定各组家兔眼房水中的IL2水平并对3组家兔眼做组织切片,进行HE染色和铁染色。并对各组结果进行比较。结果晶状体内铁性异物+前房注射SIL2R组术后前房炎性反应明显轻于晶状体内铁粉异物组;晶状体内铁性异物+前房注射SIL2R组前房水IL2含量明显低于晶状体内铁粉异物组(P<001);晶状体内铁性异物+前房注射SIL2R组前囊膜下胶原纤维板紊乱程度、铁锈范围均轻于晶状体内铁粉异物组。结论IL2在眼球内铁性异物诱发的眼内早期炎性反应中起重要作用,前房水中的IL2的含量与前房的炎性反应强度明显相关,阻断IL2的作用可减轻铁锈引起的眼内早期炎性反应的程度。
Objective To investigate the role of interleukin-2 (IL2) in early intraocular inflammatory reaction induced by iron powder. Methods Twelve male New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into control group, intraluminal iron foreign body group, intracranial iron foreign body + aqueous humor cell interleukin-2 receptor (SIL2R) group, with 8 eyes in each group. At 3, 5, 7, and 10 days after operation, the inflammatory reaction in the anterior chamber of each group of rabbits was observed. The level of IL-2 in the aqueous humor of rabbits in each group was measured. Staining and iron staining. And compare the results of each group. Results The inflammatory reaction in the anterior chamber of iliac lens + SIL2R group was lighter than that of intracrystalline iron powder; the content of IL2 in iliac fluid in SIL2R group was significantly lower than that in lens (P <0.001). The level of disorder of anterior subcapsular collagen fibrils in the intracranial iron-containing foreign body plus the anterior chamber injection of SIL2R group was lower than that of the intracrystalline iron powder foreign body group. Conclusions IL2 plays an important role in early intraocular inflammatory reaction induced by intraocular iron-induced foreign bodies. The content of IL2 in aqueous humor is significantly correlated with the intensity of inflammatory reaction in the anterior chamber. The effect of blocking IL2 can be alleviated by rust The extent of early inflammatory reaction.
