相较于个体备课,集体备课的优势在于教师可通过交流取长补短,有助于教案质量、教学活动有效性的提升。目前,不少初中学校都已开始实行集体备课,在一定程度上改观了教师的备课态度及备课效果,但由于一些问题的限制,集体备课能够起到的作用依旧有限。本文结合初中数学备课要求,对现阶段集体备课中的问题及解决措施作了分析。
Compared with individual lesson preparation, the advantage of collective lesson preparation is that teachers can learn from each other to help improve the quality of lesson plans and the effectiveness of teaching activities. At present, many junior high schools have begun to practice collective lesson preparation, to a certain extent, improve the teachers’ preparation attitude and lesson preparation. However, due to some limitations, the role of collective lesson planning can still be limited. Based on the requirements of junior high school mathematics lesson preparation, this article analyzes the problems and countermeasures in the current collective lesson preparation lesson.
