以Ti85-Fe15合金粉末为原料,利用激光熔覆技术在TA15钛合金表面制得了由β-Ti初生树枝晶和枝晶间TiFe金属间化合物组成的复合涂层,研究了涂层的显微组织及室温耐磨性能。结果表明,该涂层在室温干滑动磨损条件下具有优异的耐磨性能。
The composite coating composed of β-Ti primary dendrite and intermetallic TiFe intermetallic compound was prepared by laser cladding on the surface of TA15 titanium alloy with Ti85-Fe15 alloy powder as raw material. The microstructure of the coating was studied. Room temperature wear resistance. The results show that the coating has excellent wear resistance under dry sliding wear conditions at room temperature.
