为探讨复聪片防治老年性聋的机制,以老年大鼠疆孔内神经纤维和螺旋神经为观察指标,发现复聪片能有效支持上述蜗内神经结构。提示蜗内神经结构的退变可能是老年性聋的主要病理基础。复聪片支持蜗内神经结构可能基于如下途径:1)促进神经生长因子与其受体的结合;2)通过保护毛细胞,间接促进神经生长因子的产生。
In order to explore the mechanism of Fucong tablet in preventing and treating senile deafness, taking the nerve fiber and spiral nerve in the fenestration of aged rats as the observation index, we found that Fucong tablet can effectively support the above-mentioned intracochlear nerve structure. Suggesting that degeneration of the nerve structure in the cochlear may be the main pathological basis of senile deafness. Fucong support nerve structure within the snail may be based on the following ways: 1) promote the binding of nerve growth factor and its receptor; 2) indirectly through the protection of hair cells, promote the production of nerve growth factor.
