球铁铁水在凝固时收缩较大,很容易产生缩孔、缩松及表面凹陷,其防止措施如下; (一) 慎重考虑浇冒口位置,浇注速度选择要适当。长期实践证明,以公式D=4.6a1+B计算冒口直径不仅方便,而且可靠,关键是换算厚度a1的计算要合理。求得冒口直径D后,必须再用球铁件的统计曲线(图1)来验证是否正确,以保证球铁件质量在无缩孔的安全区。
Ductile iron in the solidification of large shrinkage, it is easy to produce shrinkage, shrinkage and surface depression, the prevention measures are as follows; (a) careful consideration pouring riser position, pouring speed to choose appropriate. Long-term practice has proved that the formula D = 4.6a1 + B riser diameter calculation is not only convenient, but also reliable, the key is to calculate the thickness a1 calculation is reasonable. After obtaining the riser diameter D, we must then use the statistical curve of ductile iron pieces (Figure 1) to verify the correct, to ensure the quality of ductile iron pieces in a non-shrinkage safety zone.
