我厂是生产各类建筑构件的综合性企业,在长期的生产实践和产品质量检验中,发现长线台座法生产工艺中由“U”型扁铁与1O×20铁条焊制成的粗钢筋联接器构造不太合理,影响了孔板质量,因联接器所在板间距离较大,生产场地也得不到充分利用。为此,我们对联接器进行了改进,将原来的扁钢矩形板焊接件改成了“万向转动”的圆钢整体件,在应用中取得了良好的综合效果。改进后的粗钢筋联接器构造示于图1,它是用45号圆钢钻孔(φ30)后刨槽开口制成的。
Our factory is a comprehensive enterprise producing various kinds of building components. In the long-term production practice and product quality inspection, we found that the long steel pedestal method production process is made of “U” type flat iron and 1O x 20 iron bar welding. The construction of the coupling is not reasonable, which affects the quality of the orifice plate. Due to the large distance between the plates where the coupling is located, the production site cannot be fully utilized. To this end, we have improved the coupling and changed the original flat steel rectangular plate weldment into a “universal rotation” round steel monolith, achieving a good overall effect in application. The improved coarse rebar coupler configuration is shown in Fig. 1, which is made by using a No. 45 round steel drilled hole (φ30) after the opening of the router slot.
