为了提高连铸钢坯热剪刀片的使用寿命,本工作研究了用堆焊法制造热剪刀片的有关刃口材料和焊接工艺问题。选择了价格较低的调质中碳低合金钢作为基体材料,通过实验室工作和现场生产运行的试验研究确定了刃口堆焊材料的最优成分和焊接工艺。实际生产运行表明,本工作所研制的堆焊热剪刀片其寿命为整体采用3Cr2W8制造高合金钢刀片的2~3倍,且生产成本降低。用于旧刀片的修复也取得了满意的效果。
In order to improve the service life of hot shear blades of continuous casting billet, this work studied the issues of the cutting edge materials and welding process for manufacturing thermal shear blades by surfacing welding. The low-cost medium-carbon low-alloy steel was selected as the base material. The optimum composition and welding process of the edge welding material were determined through laboratory work and field test. The actual production and operation shows that the life of surfacing hot shearing blade developed by this work is 2 ~ 3 times of the whole using 3Cr2W8 to make high alloy steel blade, and the production cost is reduced. Repair for the old blade also achieved satisfactory results.
