随着“九年一贯课程”的统整化、一贯化、弹性化,台湾地区国民教育阶段德育课程的编制发生重大转变,突出表现在道德教育扩展到价值教育,道德课程为社会学习领域所涵盖,课程指导思想由道德教学观向道德学习观、课程实施与评价由权威模式向校本模式等的转变。这些变化对超越德育课程的传统模式、深化德育改革意义重大。
As the “nine years of consistent curriculum” has become more and more unified and flexible, there has been a drastic change in the compilation of moral education curriculum in the national education stage in Taiwan. The emphasis has been placed on the extension of moral education to value education and the ethics curriculum is covered in the field of social studies , The guiding ideology of the curriculum changes from moral teaching concept to moral learning concept, curriculum implementation and evaluation from authoritative mode to school-based mode. These changes are of great significance to transcend the traditional model of moral education curriculum and deepen the reform of moral education.
