建立了RP-HPLC测定龙眼果核中柯里拉京含量的方法。固定相为Inertsil ODS-3 C18反相柱(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-体积分数0.1%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长270nm,进样量10μL。在7.25~217.5μg/mL范围内,柯里拉京浓度与色谱峰面积之间有良好的线性关系,线性回归方程是Y=12 133 X+8 318,相关系数r=0.999 8,该方法柯里拉京的最低检出限为0.29μg/mL。该方法的加标平均回收率是97.94%,RSD是0.96%(n=6)。该方法快速、准确,可用于龙眼果核中柯里拉京的含量测定。
A RP-HPLC method for the determination of corilagin in longan kernels was established. The stationary phase was an Inertsil ODS-3 C18 reversed-phase column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution with a gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / , Injection volume 10μL. In the range of 7.25 ~ 217.5μg / mL, there was a good linear relationship between the concentration of corilagin and the chromatographic peak area. The linear regression equation was Y = 12 133 X + 8 318 with a correlation coefficient r = 0.999 8. The minimum detection limit of Beijing is 0.29μg / mL. The average recovery of the method was 97.94%, RSD was 0.96% (n = 6). The method is rapid and accurate and can be used to determine the content of corilagin in the longan kernel.
