RB101[H2N-CH-(CH2-S-CH3)-CH2-S-S-CH2-CH(CH2φ)-CONH-CH-(CH2φ)-COOCH2φ)]是一种新型的可透过血脑屏障、对脑啡肽酶及氨基肽酶均有抑制作用的混合型脑啡肽降解酶抑制剂。采用大鼠尾静脉给药途径,观察不同剂量的RB101对低频及高频电针作用的影响。结果表明,RB101可以加强低频(2Hz)电针的镇痛效果,并呈剂量效应关系,而对高频(100Hz)电针的镇痛作用没有影响。
RB101 [H2N-CH- (CH2-S-CH3) -CH2-S-CH2CH (CH2φ) -CONH-CH- (CH2φ) -COOCH2φ)] is a novel transmembrane, Enkephalinase and aminopeptidase inhibitory effect of mixed enkephalin degrading enzyme inhibitors. The rat tail vein administration route was used to observe the effects of different doses of RB101 on the effects of low frequency and high frequency electroacupuncture. The results showed that RB101 could enhance the analgesic effect of low frequency (2 Hz) electroacupuncture and dose-effect relationship, while had no effect on the analgesic effect of high frequency (100 Hz) electroacupuncture.
