目的对科室新进的深圳凯特XI-921DT电解质分析仪调试过程中,将出现的CO2CP结果严重的无规律性误差进行分析并加以解决,将仪器调试至最佳工作状态。方法取多份标本的血清混合,制备大量的混合血清备用,在XI-921D电解质分析仪故障处理前(A组)、处理后(B组)以及另一台MI-921B电解质分析仪上(C组)分别检测30次共360份数据进行比对,并将定值为30.0mmol/L的CO2CP定标液AB分别在A、B、C状态下连续检测10次共30份,验证结果的重复性。结果 A、B、C组K+、NA+、Cl-、CO2CP的定标斜率均正常,三组的K+、NA+、Cl-结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),B组与C组CO2CP结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但两组结果与A组结果均差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);A组AB定标液及混合血清结果均存在无规律性严重误差且重复性差,B、C组结果经验证重复性良好。结论新进的凯特XI-921D电解质分析仪因自身性能问题:CO2CP反应池搅拌平衡棒的不平衡,导致了CO2CP结果的无规律性严重误差,这种因仪器自身质量问题引起的误差难以通过定标及修改参数等有效手段消除,单靠检验工作者很难解决,其在检验工作中出现的概率并不大。
