我厂采用试验法来选择微震往复筛砂机的频率及振幅的最佳参数。试验方法是:先给定一个原先采用过的频率,然后不断改变偏心距,从而选定出最佳振幅。我们试验过的偏心距有20、25、30、35、45毫米,结果从20到35毫米时筛砂机工作平稳,基本无噪音,过筛率直线上升;到40毫米时噪音加剧,45毫米时噪音很大,砂子被抛出筛外。我们选用了35毫米这个偏心距。在这个基础上,我们又采用比较法选用频率,即采用不同的皮带轮来变速。
I plant the test method to choose the microseismic reciprocating sieve sand machine frequency and amplitude of the best parameters.
