小学数学课时教学目标的确定过程是构建教学框架结构的过程,而教学设计的过程是对教学目标不断分解细化的过程。因此,课时目标是决定课堂教学成功与否的先决条件。本文旨在对教师制定课时教学目标的原因及如何纠正提出了自己的看法。一、对课时教学目标现象的分析1.课时目标的认知缺失数学课时教学目标是整个教学活动的“指向标”。而教师把课时目标是“指向标”这一作用抛诸脑后,仅仅是在“课堂活跃气氛”上做文章,忽略了课堂教学的有效性。2.新课改的认知缺失
