分两个年度对三个世代的“科新903”配套系蛋鸡亲本进行了血型测试。结果表明“科新903”4个亲本系具有较高血型基因纯合系数,其遗传相关和遗传相似性除C 系与其它3个系之间遗传差异略大外,其它各系之间都比较接近,说明该鸡种群遗传均一性好,达到了较高的选育水平。特别是用做父本的A 系、C 系比做母本的B 系、D 系都有较高的血型基因纯合系数,与免疫学上选择杂交亲本的原则相一致,证实了“科新903”选育中内在的科学性与合理性。从该配套系生产的商品鸡有较强的杂种优势,利于生产中大量推广应用。
