我厂油制气车间20t锅炉引风机采用恒速交流电动机拖动,通过调节挡板开度大小来调节风量,这势必造成电能的浪费。若利用变频调速技术,以调节电动机的转速的方法取代调节挡板,将达到节约电能的目的。因为这类负载的输入功率和转速的三次方成正比,利用调速使流量减少,则异步电动机的输入电功率按立方规律下降,从而使耗电量大大降低,节能效果十分显著,达30%以上。
