介绍一种带有背衬轴承的新型八辊轧机。该八辊轧机支撑辊采用多点支撑的背衬轴承,通过液压缸带动齿条推动偏心齿轮,从而使背衬轴承压下,通过中间辊传递,达到工作辊压下调节的目的。相对于传统的四、六辊轧机,该形式的轧机具有如下特点:辊系小、轧机整体重量轻、压下快速响应。该轧机具有多种的板形调节手段,例如中间辊横移、工作辊正负弯、背衬轴承调节等。八辊轧机目前已形成450、800、1250、1450系列,其中1250以及1450系列轧机已成功运用到五机架连轧生产线中,生产线速度最高达到800m/min。
