民航总局于1995年3月20日发出通报,表彰’94民航运输服务质量上台阶活动”先进单位。东方、厦门、西南、深圳、北方航空公司,由于运输服务工作改进成效显著,服务水平提高较大,分别荣获94年度16家航空公司总评的第一、二、三、四、五名,实现了民航总局开展服务质量上台阶活动所提出的目标。为此,民航总局决定分别授予东方、厦门、西南、深圳、北方航空公司锦旗和奖金;深圳黄田、杭州笕桥、南京大校场、桂林奇峰岭、上海虹桥机场,由于运输服务工作改进成效显著,服务水平提高较大,分别荣获94年度17个机场总评的第一、二、三、四、五名,实现了民航总局关于开展服务质量上台阶活动所提目标。为此,民航总局
