男,1957年4月生。山东夏津人。中共党员。1980年毕业于东北林学院林学系,并留校任教。1988年7月在东北林业大学林木遗传育种专业获农学硕士学位。曾任东北林业大学科研处副处长、处长等职务。现任东北林业大学副校长、教授,兼任中国遗传学会理事,中国林业科技管理研究会常务理事,黑龙江省林学会常务理事、副秘书长、林木遗传育种专业委员会副主任委员,国家科技进步奖特邀评委,黑龙江省和林业部科技进步奖评委,何梁何利基金科学技术奖提
Male, born in April 1957. Shandong Xiajin people. CPC member.
